우주의 별처럼 둥근 구 안에 흐릿한 이미지가 아른거린다. 구 안의 이미지는 우주를 보여주는 동영상인데 구 안에 감춰져서 명확한 형상을 알아보기는 힘들다. 구 안에서 벌어지는 우주의 일들은 공유 동영상 서비스로 들어가면 실시간 스트리밍 되고 있어 형상을 확인할 수 있다. 영상 속에 어린 시절 우리가 우주에 대해 상상하던 것들을 소환한다. 어린 시절 떠올렸던 유선형의 로켓과 문어 형상의 화성인, 우주복을 입은 귀가 뾰족한 외계인과 파충류 피부를 가진 우주괴물 등이 등장하고, 간간이 우주 공간을 여행하는 우주선도 보인다. 광활한 우주 공간을 보여주는 영상 속에 문득문득 나타나는 외계인과 우주선을 찾아보자.

*어린 시절 떠올리던 우주 이미지 영상은 불암 초등학교 학생들과 유대영 작가가 협업하여 제작하였다.

A blurred image wavers inside a sphere like a star in space. The image is a videoclip of space, but quite unrecognizable for it is hidden inside the sphere. The matters of the outer space that is going on inside the sphere is streamed live for the viewers to observe through a public video service. The video recalls what we had imagined as children about the outer space. It showcases a streamlined rocket, an octopus-shaped Martian, an alien in a spacesuit with pointy ears, space monsters with reptile skin, and a spaceship traveling through space. Look for the alien and the spaceship that appear from time to time in the vast space.
