Introduction
Nowon Moonlight Walk is a special public art light sculpture festival operated by the Nowon Cultural Foundation. Along the 2km beautiful walking path stretching along Danghyeoncheon Stream, you can encounter diverse light artworks including hanji lanterns, sculptures, media art, and lasers.

To differentiate itself from the lantern festival starting in 2020, it launched as an urban nighttime public art festival named ‘Nowon Moonlight Walk,’ incorporating contemporary art to enhance its artistic quality. It began as a light sculpture exhibition concept offering solace and hope from the moon to comfort citizens during the pandemic era.
