인송자 <동심>

Yin Song-Ja <Homocentricity>

일곱 개의 동심원 징검다리 형상의 작품은 작은 멀리서 본 일곱 개의 은하계이다.
은하계와 은하계가 징검다리처럼 연결되어 별자리를 이루고, 우주가 된다.
각각의 작품은 중심 궤도를 가진 원자, 태양계, 은하계와 같이 물리적인 원리를 의미한다.
“은하수를 건너”갈 수 있도록 동심의 은하계들을 징검다리처럼 연결하였다.

The seven concentric steppingstones are the seven small galactic systems seen from a distance. They connect to one another and form constellations, then into a universe. Each artwork represents the basic physical law with a central orbit such as atom, the solar system, the galactic system, etc. The seven small universes are connected like a steppingstone to enable “crossing over to the Milky Way (like the lyrics of a traditional children’s song),” while serving as a link between the galaxy of sardines and the planet yet to come.
