전통등 숙련기술전수자 전영일이 이끄는 빛조형물 전문 공방
이 작품은 관객이 적극적으로 작품을 탐험하며 의미를 발견할 수 있는 작품이다. 이 작품은 음과 양, 창조와 종말의 무한한 순환을 상징하는 우로보로스와 동양의 다채로운 용의 형상을 조합하였다. 한쪽에서 보면 길게 누운 용으로 보이고, 다른 쪽에서 보면 둥글게 회전하는 태극으로 보이도록 디자인되었다.
This artwork encourages you to discover its meaning by actively exploring the piece. It combines the shape of Uroboros – a symbol representing the infinite cycle of yin and yang, creation and destruction – with the figure of a dragon. On one side, it appears to be an elongated shape of a reclining dragon, and on the other, it appears as the spinning Taegeuk symbol.
