비두리는 노원구의 상징인 멧비둘기(산비둘기)다. 귀여운 두 마리의 비두리가 당현천에 빛조각 페스티벌이 열린다는 소문을 듣고 당현1교 옆에 자리를 잡았다. 비두리의 날개와 모자는 노원구의 상징색을 담았고, 한 비두리는 여러분이 시키는 일을 열심히 하겠다는 각오로 등에 태엽장치도 달았다. 축제가 열리는 24일 동안 두 마리의 비두리는 관객과 이야기하고, 함께 사진도 찍고, 주변을 지키면서 함께했다.
Bidoori (the old name for pigeon in Korean) is a mountain pigeon that symbolizes Nowon. When two adorable Bidooris heard that there would be a light festival at Danghyeon stream, they flew in and nested about Danghyeon 1 Bridge. Their wings and hats are in Nowon-gu’s symbolical color, and one of the birds even installed a wind-up spring on its back in determination to meet all of your commands. During the 24 days of the festival, the two birds will chat with you, take pictures together, and hover around to protect and be with you.
